During my long service in Indian Railway, a pioneer in bridge construction,maintenance, track laying, transportation of passengers and goods, I have gained huge experience on Bridge construction, planning, design, fabrication of bridge girder, Construction of station building, Laying and maintenance Railway Track, turnouts, on the matters of Tender , arbitration.

I did my degree in Civil Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India. In these consecutive articles, I would like to share my experience with the readers.Your suggestions are always welcome to enrich me with new ideas
